Classification of Corrugated Plates / Roofing Sheets

Profiled steel plates are usually classified in a variety of ways according to their application location, wave height, lap construction, and material. Common classification methods are as follows:
1. Classification by application site
It is divided into roof board, wall panel, floor support board and ceiling board. At the same time, colored steel panel is used to make wall decoration board, which has a novel and unique architectural decoration effect.
2. Classified by wave height
Divided into high wave plate (wave height ≥70mm), medium wave plate and low wave plate (wave height <30mm)
3. Classification by base material
It is divided into hot-dip galvanized substrate, hot-dip aluminum zinc and hot-dip galvanized aluminum substrate.
4. Classification by the mode of plate joint construction

It is divided into lap joint, bite edge and buckle structure. Among them bite edge, buckle medium, high wave plate should be used as higher waterproof roofing board requirements. Lapped medium and high wave galvanized plate for floor cover. Lapped low wave plates should be used as wall panels.

Now there are many plastic extrusion corrugated board, some transparent, some opaque and colored, and multi-layer composite hollow. Due to its good plasticity, it can better adapt to the requirements of various architectural modeling.
