1. 2. Foundation treatment: it can be backfilled with gravel or masonry concrete, the base is leveled, 30-50cm thick sand and gravel material is replaced, and the density reaches more than 90%. Choose a proper flowing water longitudinal slope of about 3%, and determine each culvert Midline and sideline.
3. During the construction of the corrugated pipe culvert, the method of segmented construction is adopted, and two angle steels are used in the original arch culvert base in advance. The length is determined according to the length of the culvert. It is used as a slide rail when the culvert is pushed. Specifications, the diameter of the assembled pipe is 0.5m-2.5m, each section length is 3.06m, and the inner (outer) flange bolt connection is adopted. The diameter of the assembled pipe is 3m-8m, and the plate and the plate are overlapped with high-strength bolts.
4. If the length of the culvert is less than 30 meters, and the width between the two sides of the corrugated pipe culvert and the original culvert is greater than 80cm, the entire corrugated pipe culvert can be pushed downstream or upstream to one end. After it is in place, one end of the retaining wall is built. Backfilling can be backfilled with gravel, gravel soil, masonry rubble, etc. On the top, use rubble or high-pressure pumping expanded cement mortar.
5. If the culvert length is greater than 30 meters, and the width of both sides of the corrugated pipe culvert and the original culvert is less than 80cm, the 3m-6m culvert can be pushed downstream or upstream to one end. After it is in place, it can be fixed and the top end wall of rubble , The distance between the other end of the corrugated pipe culvert and the culvert is blocked with sandbags or mortar stones, with a width of 50cm, and then backfilling begins. Both sides can be compacted with coarse sand and watertight method or tamped with concrete vibrating rods. The top uses high-pressure pumping of expanded cement mortar. After filling around the section of the pipe, transport the second section to connect the two pipes. After the connection is completed, backfill in the same way as above, and complete the construction of the pipe bellows culvert in this order.
