Scope of application
5A05 aluminum plate is Al-Mg series anti-rust aluminum, the strength is equivalent to 5A03, heat treatment can not be strengthened; the annealed state has high plasticity, and the plasticity is medium when half-cold hardened; 5A05 aluminum plate is welded by hydrogen atom welding, spot welding, gas welding, argon arc The welding performance during welding is still good; the corrosion resistance is high, the machinability is inferior in the annealed state, the machinability is good during semi-cold work hardening, and anodizing treatment is required when manufacturing rivets.
Features
AL-Mn series alloy is the most widely used anti-rust aluminum. This alloy has high strength, especially fatigue resistance: high plasticity and corrosion resistance, and cannot be strengthened by heat treatment. It is hardened by cold work. Good plasticity, low plasticity during cold work hardening, good corrosion resistance, good weldability, poor machinability, and polishing. Uses are mainly used for low-load parts that require high plasticity and good weldability, working in liquid or gaseous media, such as mailboxes, gasoline or lubricating oil pipes, various liquid containers and other small-load parts made by deep drawing: Wire used to make rivets.

Heat treatment specifications
(1) Homogenization annealing: heating at 460~475℃; heat preservation for 12~14h; air cooling.
(2) Rapid annealing: heating 310~350℃; holding time 30~120min; air or water cooling.
(3) High temperature annealing: heating at 310~335℃; when the thickness of the finished product is ≥6mm or <6mm, the holding time is 30~180min or 30~120min; air cooling.
(4) Low temperature annealing: heating 250~300℃ or 150~180℃; holding time is 1~2h or 2~3h air cooling
