Common methods for quality inspection of metal bellows

We should all know that no matter what products are checked before leaving the factory, to confirm the quality and performance of the goods, only the standard products can be circulated in the market, so the metal bellows are no exception.

1. After the bellows are rolled out, check whether there is trimming or fracturing on the buckle edge of the pipe, cut off a section, tear the buckle edge with pliers, and check the buckle.

2. When checking the finished metal bellow pipe, the 400mm long pipe can be used to tear the buckle edge of the steel belt, and one person can pull the pipe, and one person can pull the steel belt with hand pliers. When pulling the buckle edge, there is no tearing sound, and check the folding place, and the phenomenon of tearing without damage.
