For pallet manufacturers worldwide, coil nails and nail guns are the most unremarkable items on the line – and the most critical. They are pure consumables, yet a single defective coil can stop an entire automated assembly line.

On a high-speed automated pallet line, every tiny flaw in a coil nail is amplified. A shank diameter that deviates by just 0.05 mm, or an uneven thread depth, is enough to make automatic nailers jam again and again. The result is not only forced downtime and collapsing output: poorly fastened pallets can come apart during long ocean transit or forklift handling, and that turns into claims against the pallet plant.

Hourly in-process inspection: our automated production lines are inspected every hour. Quality staff monitor machine parameters in real time and keep the process inside its optimum window, so batch-wide defects are stopped at the source rather than discovered at the end.

Millimetre-level outlet testing: as coil nails leave the nailing machine, inspectors immediately measure thread depth, shank diameter and length. Only material that fully meets the specification moves to the next stage – any dimensional deviation is intercepted on the spot.

Live nailing test: we do not rely on calipers alone. In the lab and on the line we run continuous firing tests with mainstream pneumatic coil nailers (CN55 / CN70), simulating real customer conditions to confirm smooth feeding, no jamming, no broken nails, and pull-out force that meets the requirement once driven into timber.

Three-layer pre-shipment defence: before loading we run a strict out-going quality check (OQC). Finished goods are sampled and measured, then precisely weighed to confirm carton quantity and specification; packaging is then inspected so that labels are clear, strapping is solid, and the goods survive the vibration and humidity of a long ocean voyage.
