(1) Hot dip galvanized substrate
The organic coating on hot dip galvanized steel plate to get the product is hot dip galvanized color coating plate. In addition to the protection of zinc, the organic coating on the surface also plays a role of isolation, protection and rust prevention, the service life is longer than hot galvanized board. The zinc content of hot-dip galvanizing substrate is generally 180 g/m²(both sides), and the maximum amount of galvanizing of hot-dip galvanizing substrate for building external use is 275 g/m².
(2) Hot aluminized zinc substrate
Hot aluminum zinc plate (55% Al-Zn) is used as the new coating substrate, which usually contains 150 g/m² of aluminum zinc (double-sided). The corrosion resistance of hot aluminum zinc plate is 2-5 times of hot zinc plate. Continuous or intermittent use at temperatures up to 490℃ will not cause serious oxidation or scale. The ability to reflect heat and light is twice that of hot-dip galvanized steel. Reflectivity greater than 0.75 is an ideal building material for energy saving.
(3) Zinc painting
Galvanized board for the base plate coated with organic paint baking products are galvanized color coated board, because the zinc layer of galvanized board is thin, usually contains zinc content of 20/20 g/m², so the product is not suitable for outdoor production of wall, roof, etc. But because of its beautiful appearance and excellent processing performance, it is mainly used in home appliances, acoustics, steel furniture, interior decoration and so on.
